Features
1. The high gluten corn flour Line changes molecular structure of corn flour with enzymatic technology to produce high gluten flour;
2. The line uses dry basis corn flour to automatically or semi-automatically produce high gluten flour without preservatives and chemical glues, retaining nutrients.
3. The machine helps body absorb nutrition at maximum by protecting stomach against gastric acid. It removes crude protein and germ, taking off bitter and spicy flavor and retaining a light corn fragrance. The product won’t mix in soup when cooked, fine and smooth without rough taste.
4. High gluten flour appears yellowish and moisture retained in compact structure, which can be processed in a cold way. Food made of this flour tastes smooth, chewy and fragrant.

Technological Principle of High Gluten Corn Flour
Bioengineering technology is used to partly embellish molecule structure of premium quality corn flour, properly adjusting molecular chain to make fine products without chemical glues, preservatives and antioxidant. The flour not only remains intrinsic color, flavor, nutrients such as anti-aging linoleic acid, but, in the enzymatic process, it generates selenium contained glutathione, a peroxide which is anti epoxy and peroxided so as to anti age and cancer in body by preventing form of free radicals. The enzymatic corn flour is in rich of lecithin, phosphorus, magnesium and cellulose which can promote intestinal peristalsis. The crude fiber is traditionally called intestinal cleaner, decreasing cholesterol to prevent heart disease; lecithin can relieve brainfag, decrease cholesterol and prevent cardiac-cerebral vascular disease like arteriosclerosis, stroke, high blood pressure and heart attack; phosphorus protects vascular wall to prevent thrombus; magnesium helps blood vessel expand, strengthen intestinal peristalsis, promote excretion of body waste and restrain cancer cell development; carotene can be transformed into Vitamin A in human body which contributes to body growth, prevention of disease like nyctalopia and ringworm of foot.
The enzymatic corn flour is finer than common wheat flour. It reaches 150 mesh after being kneaded, and cutting intensity is up to index of wheat. The 8 amino acids are balanced, which is easier for digestion. Lysine content is abundant.

It takes Φ80 corn flour as raw material to produce Φ180 product whose strength is 35%, chemical and physical index reaches QS certification. The line is widely used in food plants and fine corn processing industries.

Technical Training and After Sale Service
1.Timely provide Party A with all the technical materials and drawings as the contract; compile and supplement operation manual according to the final commissioning results.
2.Party B offers on-site training service according to progress of the project, installing, trying operation and production of the whole line as it is required on the technical materials and drawings.
3.Party B gives training of installation, commissioning, use and maintenance to staff of Party A under their arrangement.
4.Instruct operators and maintenance staff.
5.Increase pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale service, implementing super pre-sale, full process and life long service through manufacturing, installation, commissioning and production.
6.During warranty period, Party B will provide an answer or staff within 4 hours once receiving feedbacks about quality of the products. Party B will arrive at the site as soon as possible, change and maintain the spare parts for free. The service will never stop until the clients are satisfied.
7.Beyond warranty period, Party B is on call to provide paid service for improvement of technology, maintenance of the machine or offer of the spare parts.
